(Don't) Crash Course Polyamory & Ethical-Non-Monogamy
Friday, November 21, 19.00-20.30, Zurich
Thursday, November 27, 19.00-20.30, online
The fabulous world of alternative relationship forms: An introduction to the world of ‘multiple love’. From theory to practice, classic pitfalls and helpful tips for taking the first (joint) steps.

Ethical non-monogamy is not just another form of relationship, but often a paradigm shift that profoundly affects our most intimate relationships and bonds.
Stepping into an open relationship, a polyamorous love life or anything in between can quickly challenge everything that is taken for granted in a ‘monogamous’ relationship. Living relationships outside of social norms is a mission in itself. And love-related hormone cocktails and existential fears of loss can make it even more complicated.

For the curious, the flirtatious, the experimental, the adventurous, and anyone interested in the following:
-
How does polyamory or an open relationship actually work? Or how can it work at all?
-
What are some tips/thoughts if I/we are considering trying it?
-
What do I need or should I know before I/we get involved?
-
How can it be done without hurting yourself and others?
-
How does one behave correctly/decently in such a setup?
-
What (dating) skills are needed?
-
Where can I find further support, designated counselling/therapy and information?

How I work and why
Somatic
Change begins in the body – not just in the mind.
That’s why the body is at the heart of my approach.
Holistic
Body, mind, emotions, and soul are interconnected. I work integratively—with you as a whole person.
Systemic
I see you in the context of your environment—because everything is connected.
Eye-level
You bring your topic, I hold the space—with empathy, clarity, and structure.
My values –
What is important to me
...is our very essence. Change begins with awareness.
..an attitude of respect and kindness—toward yourself and others.
…means being true to yourself and honoring your inner voice.
…means being honest with yourself – and to connect with others from that place.
...the base of true and nurturing connection, with oneself, life and others.
