In my early 30s, I found myself at a crossroads—what felt like an early midlife crisis. It led me on a journey: from the heights of the Himalayas to deep inner landscapes I had yet to explore. For over 12 years, I’ve been dedicated to understanding what brings us true fulfillment, joy, and embodied aliveness. Along the way, I’ve collected insights, tools, and practices that help me live with more meaning and pleasure—and I’m here to help you do the same.
