About me
I’ve always been fascinated by how we, as humans, feel, love, and grow. By what makes us come alive.
By what connects us.

How it all began...
My path to this work began with an early life crisis in my early 30s. At the time, I questioned everything—my job, relationship, and life plan. I felt deep inside: there must be more.
So I followed that inner calling. What started as a personal search became my professional passion. Today, I support people like you—those longing for more aliveness, depth, and real connection: to themselves, their bodies, their sexuality, or within relationships. Individually in one-on-one sessions or in groups – such as the FemCircle – or through multi-week online programs.
I combine solid knowledge from my training as a clinical sexologist with an open heart, clarity, sensitivity—and, when it fits, a touch of humor.
How I work and why
Somatic
Change begins in the body – not just in the mind.
That’s why the body is at the heart of my approach.
Holistic
Body, mind, emotions, and soul are interconnected. I work integratively—with you as a whole person.
Systemic
I see you in the context of your environment—because everything is connected.
Eye-level
You bring your topic, I hold the space—with empathy, clarity, and structure.
My values –
What is important to me
...is our very essence. Change begins with awareness.
..an attitude of respect and kindness—toward yourself and others.
…means being true to yourself and honoring your inner voice.
…means being honest with yourself – and to connect with others from that place.
...the base of true and nurturing connection, with oneself, life and others.

Your only limit is your mind.
This sounds too easy, but after 10+ years of research, I dare to state, it is actually that simple.
